Wont Open!

I purchased this app to help with reciept tracking, and when I opened it… nothing. No opening page, just my desktop. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I cannot find anywhere to get technical support, without it costing 120 an hour to do so. The screen shots make it look like a great app, and maybe it is…when it works.
